Scheveningen will host two ice skating rinks this coming winter season. The main outdoor rink in front of the Kurhaus opens on Saturday 7 November and remains in place until Sunday 28 February 2027.
The Kurhaus rink will be open daily from 10:00 to 22:00, with extended opening hours from 09:00 to 22:00 during the Christmas holiday period between 19 December and 3 January.
Covered rink on the boulevard
A second, covered ice rink measuring 60 metres in length will be built along the boulevard overlooking the sea. That rink opens on Saturday 5 December and runs through Monday 11 January 2027.
Opening hours on the boulevard will be from 12:00 to 22:00 on weekdays and from 10:00 to 22:00 on weekends. Each evening from 17:00, the rink turns into an ice disco.
Ticket prices and skate hire
Entry to each rink costs €7.50. Visitors who need equipment can rent skates for €12.50, which includes admission to the ice.
Five-ride and ten-ride passes are also available at discounted rates. Tickets can be booked in advance via the CoolEvent website.
