Musicians from the occasional ensemble TOP arranged a new version of Queen’s Bohemian Rhapsody, fifty-one years after the original song was released.

Organist Warner Fokkens, trumpet players Erwin ter Bogt and Robert-Jan Hoffman, and percussionist Martin Ansink discovered that no arrangement existed for their specific lineup of organ, two trumpets, and drums.

Performance at the Bergkerk

The four musicians decided to write their own arrangement to fit their ensemble, named TOP for Trompetten, Orgel, Percussie.

They presented the arrangement during a matinee concert at the Bergkerk in The Hague on 6 September.
