The new park-and-ride site Victory Boogie Woogie on the edge of The Hague was officially opened on the afternoon of Wednesday 14 October, with room for 338 cars.
It sits on Laan van Hoornwijck, close to the A4 and the A13, and lets drivers leave the car and carry on by tram to the city centre or Scheveningen.
The car park is open 24 hours a day, and motorists have been able to use it since 1 July.
Parking and tram fares
A combined ticket covers the parking and a return trip on tram 1 or 15, and it cannot be used on any other HTM tram or bus.
Tickets cost €6.50 for one person, €7.50 for two, and €8.50, €9.50 and €10.50 for three, four and five.
Tickets can be booked online in advance, and drivers who do not want public transport can simply park there.
Drivers reach the site from the A4 at junction 9, Ypenburg, or from the A13 at junction 7, Den Haag-Zuid.
Victory Boogie Woogie takes over from P+R Hoornwijck, whose garage stays open for parking but at a higher rate than the new site.
