Sled-pulling workout and beach cleanup at Noorderstrand
Harness up to drag a weighted sled across the sand or grab a bucket to pick up coastal plastic. Two activities run together, so you can choose effort or collecting, or move between the two. The sled work scales, with weight adjusted to whoever is pulling. The clearing concentrates on the tide line, where most plastic gathers. Dress for wind, because the beach is exposed.
