Student ambassadors guide visitors through the teaching facilities and campus accommodation during this hospitality management afternoon. Current students lead the tours, which makes the practical questions easier to ask. The route covers teaching kitchens and service areas alongside the campus accommodation. Prospective applicants can see how the programme combines classroom work with running a working hospitality operation. Parents are generally welcome alongside applicants.
